Belgium remain top of the FIFA World Rankings in October. Spain and Argentina have both moved up a place to 6th and 8th respectively.

Belgium remain top of the FIFA World Rankings despite losing to England in the last international window. The Three Lions remain 4th behind France and Brazil.

Spain have moved up to 6th, with Portugal in 5th. Uruguay, Argentina, Croatia and Colombia complete the top 10.

The team to move down the most was Romania (dropping 10 to 44th).

The highest ranked CONCACAF side is Mexico (11th), highest ranked African side is Senegal (21st), with Japan (27th) the top nation in Asia.
