Douglas Luiz to renew with Aston Villa

Aston Villa started the Premier League with a tough 2-0 defeat against newly promoted Bournemouth. Even though the summer was exciting with the signings of Diego Carlos and Philippe Coutinho.

The good news is back for the Birmingham outfit, as they have all but completed a deal to extend Douglas Luiz's contract, according to Nicolo Schira. The renewal would run until the end of the 2024-25 campaign.
