Donny van de Beek could become a Man Utd player again

The 2018-19 season was one of Ajax's best seasons in recent history. That year, they managed to reach the semi-finals of the Champions League after knocking out Real Madrid and Juventus.
Top players from that squad arrived at other top European clubs such as Frenkie de Jong who went to Barcelona, Matthijs de Ligt to Juventus and Donny van de Beek to Man Utd.
On Van de Beek, there was lots of expectation, but he did not get as much game time as he wanted at Old Trafford and he ended up going on loan to Everton in January. Despite this, the arrival of Erik ten Hag to the Man Utd bench opens up the possibility of Van de Beek returning, 'The Telegraph' reports.
The cited media outlet pointed out that the Dutch club's intention is to count on his former player, whose loan deal expires at the end of this season. That means Man Utd would get back a player who the coach fully trusts.
Van de Beek has played 430 minutes in six matches in which he has played. Up to now, the 25 year-old footballer has neither scored nor assisted.
