Did Ronaldo get away with punishment?

Erik ten Hag was not at all happy with Cristiano Ronaldo after he stormed off before the final whistle in the Premier League clash against Tottenham. Annoyed at not playing, United's number 7 went to the dressing room before the game had finished, which resulted in him being punished.
As well as a fine of £1 million ('Daily Star'), it is expected that he will not feature in the next game against Chelsea. What is more, on Friday morning, he turned up at the training ground to train with the Under 21's supposedly for his punishment, but he ended up training alone, so it was not clear whether it was or not.
Journalist Samuel Luckhurst, Manchester United specialist for the 'Manchester Evening News', first said on Twitter that the Portuguese-man was going to train with the Under-21's, but a few minutes later he shared the news that he would be doing individual training, despite having the same training time as the young players.
Ronaldo has already spoken about this controversy on social media. He said that the heat of the moment led him to do what he did. The problem is that this mess has once again put him centre of infinite debates over his role this season. He has not yet managed to be the idol that he dreamed of being in his second spell at Old Trafford.
