After going AWOL by flying to France, the 27-year-old striker delayed talks with the Hammers on Thursday by turning up at Chelmsford racecourse so his agent could watch his horse win in the 3.20pm.
Talks between co-owner David Gold and the player were then held over the phone after that visit and it is now business as usual for the Senegal international.
Sakho is re-joining his Hammers team-mates in training, although many of them will currently be away on international duty.
