Cold water for Juve: Barca rule out Pjanic-Ramsey swap deal

Massimiliano Allegri wants to bring Miralem Pjanic back into his team. Barcelona would be more than willing to let the player leave the club, considering that they need to free up wage bill.

Juventus recently proposed a formula to the Catalan club: Ramsey for Pjanic. But at Camp Nou they have already rejected this option.

Market expert Fabrizio Romano claims that Barca cannot afford Ramsey. His high salary totally distances him from Barcelona. The club is looking to get rid of players with a high salary and is not going to sign another player who could cause them more financial problems.

At the moment, according to this source, Pjanic has not reached an agreement with Barcelona to end the contract between the two sides. This is the route that the Catalan board are working on at the moment.
