Todd Kane has impressed whilst on loan at NEC this season, but suffered a serious injury on Wednesday during the side's 2-0 defeat to PEC Zwolle

The 22-year-old right-back has seen his loan spell in the Netherlands come to an end prematurely after he suffered a cruciate ligament injury on Wednesday.

Kane impressed throughout the season and featured in 29 games for the newly promoted team.
