Philippe Coutinho's future is still simmering in Barcelona. The player, offered to Inter but who is especially close to the Premier League, is liked a lot by Chelsea.
According to the 'Express', the Blues are the best positioned to sign the Brazilian player. Coutinho would arrive on loan and the Londoners would have to take charge of the players' high salary.
According to the aforementioned media, the Stamford Bridge side are ahead of Arsenal, Tottenham, Manchester United, and Leicester, the other sides that have shown an interest in the player.
Whoever it is, however, as well as covering his full salary, they will have to pay around 11.3 million euros for the loan.
Barca already got 8 million euros from Bayern this year and it seems that they will look to earn a similar sum for letting what was their star signing in winter of the 2017-18 season leave.
