Thomas Tuchel is now history at Chelsea. Graham Potter has become his successor and the club have promised to keep in charge even if they do not qualify for the Champions League this year.
A lot of people criticised the club's attitude for sacking Tuchel after a poor start. The latest to do so was Main sporting director Christian Heidel.
In comments to 'Bild', Heidel, who worked hand in hand with the now former Chelsea manager, criticised the West London club for sacking him: "The sacking was a decision made by the investors. Someone who's got no idea about football thouight that sixth place wasn't good enough."
A clear message to Todd Boehly who decided that Tuchel had to leave Stamford Bridge: "He has decided to try his luck with another manager after just six matches. I can't think of any other reason, but Chelsea are going to regret it... They won't have as good a manager again."
