The side will face France in the last four of the World Cup, with the French team tipped by many as the favourites to lift the trophy on 15th July because of Brazil's surprising exit.

However, Chadli wanted to remind anyone who doesn't rate his side's chances against 'Les Bleus' to remember that they were the ones to bring send the 'Selecao' back home from Russia.

"'If you can beat Brazil, you do not have to fear anyone," Chadli said.

"We respect everybody but if we play with fear we will not be able to beat France."

The West Brom winger did not start as a big part of the Belgian team, with Dries Mertens selected in the first two games ahead of him. Nevertheless, he proved vital to the 'Red Devils' making it to this stage of the competition after he scored the winning goal against Japan in the dying minutes of their last-16 tie to complete a stunning Belgian comeback.

As a reward for that, Roberto Martinez gave the player a starting role for the game against Brazil, which the Belgians managed to win thanks to a Fernandinho own-goal and a Kevin De Bruyne strike.

"For us, it was a big step to win against Brazil - also for our confidence and to show everybody that we could do it. Belgium is a small country, we have 11 million people. We are very proud of what we can achieve and what we can do as a group."

Belgium will take on their neighbours France on Tuesday in Saint Petersburg, with the winners going on to play either England or Croatia in the World Cup final.
