Bayern Munich's joke to praise Javi Martinez's physical fitness

After seven seasons at Bayern Munich, Javi Martinez is one of the players with most influence, both for the team and for the fans. The versatile player is untouchable for the Bavarians. 

A team which joked about the midfielder's physical fitness on Twitter. A quality which is beyond any doubt. 

"A group of investigators from Duke University in USA could find out the limit of resistance of the human body. The number which they reached was 2.5 times the metabolic rate when in rest, that is to say, the number of calories the body consumes when it is resting," read the tweet.

Bayern Munich replied to this with a touch of humour in favour of the footbaler. "And Javi Martinez beat that in two days!"
