Barcelona are still dreaming of signing Vitor Roque for next season. The Brazilian pearl continues to make his mark in Brazil and Joan Laporta is looking forward to the summer transfer window.
The young striker scored a brace as Athletico Paranaense beat Independiente FSJ 4-0 in the second leg of the Paranaense quarter-finals. The goals were almost identical.
Vitor Roque arrived rocket-like at the penalty spot to head home 3-0 before the hour mark and, eight minutes after, he scored his brace to put the icing on the cake and make it 4-0.
The Catalan giants have already made their first offer for the player. However, journalist Fabrizio Romano has ruled that 25 million euros will not be enough to make the move.
Vitor Roque wanted to focus on Athletico Paranaense, although he admitted Barcelona's interest in an interview with 'Globoesporte': "I know Barcelona are interested in me as other clubs are too".
