Barca don't want to miss out on the final 16!

Barcelona face a tough task this Wednesday night as they come up against giants Borussia Dortmund.
In their favour, they are playing at their home ground, Camp Nou, in front of their own fans.
Against them, they have the bad performances in the other games (including the 0-0 draw to Slavia Prague), doubts with their play and the fear of Russian roulette in Milan.
Barcelona also need a win to ensure their pass into the final 16 of the Champions League, but any other result they get could make things difficult for them.
A setback and an Inter victory in Prague would see Ernesto Valverde's team in danger of not qualifying for the competition, with a possible defeat against the Italians condemning them to the limbo of the Europa League.
Something unimaginable for a Barcelona that, since the incorporation of the knock out stages (in the 2003/4 season), they have only missed out on one.
It was in the first course in which this appeared in the Champions League. The reason? The Barca team disputed that course the then called UEFA Cup after finishing 6th in La Liga 2002-03.
Since then they have always been in the Champions League and have reached the final 16. A tradition that could be sealed with three points before the German side and thus, incidentally, avoid not qualifying.
