Things are improving in relation to the coronavirus and clubs are daring to imagine a new normality different from the one planned so far.
Unconnected to a possible spike in infections, Barcelona haven't ruled out opening the Camp Nou to their fans this season. Italy were the first to consider that possibility and Barca are very alert.
According to 'Mundo Deportivo', the idea is that the Camp Nou can welcome back fans before the 2019-20 season ends. And although it seems difficult, the possibility is not entirely out of the question.
According to the aforementioned source, Barca are reportedly studying what percentage of fans they could welcome to be able to maintain social distancing and safety amongst fans.
As it is the biggest stadium in La Liga, it would be much more feasible to comply with the health rules, but before, Barcelona will have to break down many other barriers.
Barcelona's economic urgency is not just forcing the board members to reinvent themselves, but it also keeps them alert to possible advances or changes that may be made in the protocol for receiving fans and helping the battered Barca economy.
