Bad news for Barcelona and Portugal. Nelson Semedo had to be taken off on a stretcher after receiving a strong blow from Kolarov in the second half of the match.

The images of Semedo leaving the pitch does not only worry the Spanish national team, but also the Barcelona team. The Barcelona squad could therefore lose an important man for the next few meetings.

Portugal seemed to be in control of the game, with a 2-0 lead. However, the hard foul made by the captain of Serbia's National Team led Portugal to have to make a premature change.

Kolarov took a kick to the right ankle of Semedo. The Portugal defender was about to clear the ball when the Serbian footballer arrived, who came hard for the ball and kicked the Portuguese.

Finally, and after a couple of minutes in which Semedo was attended to on the pitch, he had to leave the pitch on a stretcher. Joao Cancelo, Manchester City defender, took his place.
