Aubameyang linked to Barcelona once again

Lautaro Martinez is the great priority of the Barça, but his price could have brought up some doubts for the Catalans. 

And, according to 'Sky Sports', that would benefit Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who would be the 'low cost' option that Barça would have on the table to strengthen their attack.

This source assures that, in case that Inter continues firm and demands those 111 million euros for Lautaro Martinez, FC Barcelona could launch itself for Aubameyang.

What Aubameyang's Barça likes best is his experience. At 31, he still has a nose for goals. He doesn't have the profile of a young footballer from Lautaro, but he would be a guaranteed alternative, according to the source.

Aubameyang's contract with Arsenal expires in June 2021. That means that if the Gunners fail to reach an agreement to extend the Gabonese player's contract, they risk him leaving for free within a year, so they would now have a golden opportunity to try and cash in on his sale.

In any case, the market is not even open yet, so anything can happen. Meanwhile, Barça is totally focused on finishing the course in the best possible way. The transfers can wait: the 'culés' are playing for the league title.
