According to several reports in England, Manchester United will decide Mason Greenwood's future before the end of July. Erik ten Hag revealed that he has made his opinion known to the board.

Mason Greenwood's future at Manchester United is uncertain. The Englishman was suspended in January 2022 for alleged rapeabuse and coercive behaviour towards his current girlfriend.

Nevertheless, the Red Devils included him on the retained list for next season and rumours about his future at Old Trafford have spread in recent weeks.

Both Erik ten Hag and the board are considering giving him a second chance to rebuild his life but selling him in the summer transfer window is also an option. According to several reports in England, they will make a decision on his future this month.

Morever, the Dutch manager told reporters that he has made his opinion known to the board. The 53-year-old has hinted several times that he doesn't want to sell the striker.

"On this, it’s a club decision and of course, I said my opinions but it's a club decision and we have to accept that. I can't say so much about it but I shared my opinion about it, so let's see what's going to happen," he claimed.
