There aren't many Manchester United fans that would like to go to dinner with Pep Guardiola, and there aren't many that will be happy to learn that their legendary boss Alex Ferguson has been chumming it up with the City manager.
But Ferguson has grown classy in his old age, something he showed recently when he honoured Arsene Wenger on the touchline at Old Trafford ahead of United's clash with Arsenal.
And the icon of the English game recently put aside rivarlies to show his respect for Pep, after the ex-Barcelona boss secured the 17/18 Premier League title.
As reported by the 'Daily Mail', days after United's loss to West Brom gifted City the title, Ferguson invited Guardiola out for dinner to congratulate him, and the two ate together in Manchester.
The pair never got the chance to face off in the English league, however they did meet in two Champions League games. They were both finals, and Guardiola's Barca won both times. He's evidently not bitter about it, though...
