Via an official statement, AC Milan announced the signing of Leo Duarte for the next five seasons. The central defender is the 36th Brazilian to wear the Rossoneri shirt and hopes to continue in the footsteps of his compatriot Thiago Silva.
In recent weeks, an offer from AC Milan for the Flamengo man who cost around 11 million euros. Everything seems to indicate that this was accepted by the Brazilians because the Serie A's official page had already announced the signing on 2nd August.
The 23 year-old central defender becomes the fifth reinforcement for AC Milan this summer after Theo Hernandez, Rade Krunic, Ismael Bennacer and Rafael Leao. A flurry of signings with which the club tries to break into the top four again.
