With exactly one month to go until the start of the Women's World Cup in France in 2019, more than 765,000 tickets have been sold. The event on 7th June is historic for women's football and fans do not want to miss it.
The match between Spain and Germany in Valenciennes is close to selling out, since only 5,000 tickets remain.
765,000 tickets of the 1.3 million available have been bought largely by the French public (60%) followed by the USA public (16%) according to 'AS'.
The bad news for fans which want to attend the inaugural match between France and South Korea, the semi-finals and the final, is that there are no tickets left for those games. Nigeria v France, Holland v Cameroon and Sweden v USA are also sold-out.
