Despite Jose Mourinho's reported interest in Harry Kane, Tottenham have no intention to sell the frontman.
Kane has become on of the most potent strikers in the Premier League in recent years and is one of very few genuine number nine's in world football at the moment. According to reports in English newspaper the 'Independent', the Portuguese is a long-time admirer of the England international, nevertheless it is understood that talk of a £100million move to Manchester United has been laughed off by senior officials in West London, with them valuing Kane at closer to £200million.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has a reputation as a formidable negotiator and it is believed that he would not buckle under pressure form United.
It remains to be seen if Kane, who scored 29 goals in the Premier League last season and who captained England in their last game, would even be interested in the move with 'Spurs' having put up more of a title fight in the last two seasons than United.
