It seems like the big day has finally come. After months of uncertainty and devasting news Bastian Schweinsteiger could probably get his chance to shine. According to 'Sky Sports', the former Germany international willl be part of tonight's starting XI in the EFL Cup match against West Ham. He was last Saturday already on the bench but didn't get a chance to play.
However, it seems like he could play today from the beginning for his sides. Paul Pigba and Marouane Fellaini are both suspended for this match, which makes the chance's for his appearance increase.
He has been reportedly linked with a move to Chicago Fire. They are already negotiating in order to sign him this winter.
Here are the probable line-ups:
Manchester United: Sergio Romero, Shaw, Blind, Jones, Schweinsteiger, Herrera, Carrick, Mkhitaryan, Rooney, Rashford, Zlatan.
West Ham: Adrian, Ogbonna, Reid, Kouyate, Cresswell, Noble, Obiang, Antonio, Lanzini, Payet, Caroll.
