Protests against Wenger took place once again outside the Arsenal stadium, with the Gunners' situation getting worse by the day, and the draw further distancing them from Champions League football. The result is not favourable for the Citizen's interest either, missing a chance to go ahead of Liverpool.
Manchester City looked the better side in the opening minutes, and Sane scored for the visitors to give them a deserved lead. De Bruyne and Silva could have doubled the lead, but either the upright or Ospina stood in their way.
As Arsenal began to mount the pressure, Walcott managed to equalise after a perplexed City defence failed to close down on the winger. It did not last long, however, for the home side. Silva found Aguero inside the box, for the striker to fire past Ospina.
Defensive mistakes fuelled this pulsating game, and after the break Arsenal drew level once again. Mustafi was allowed to rise in the box to head the ball into the corner.
14 - No Premier League team has scored more headed goals this season than Arsenal (level with WBA). Nod.

Both teams endeavoured to look for a goal, not satisfied with a tie, but chances squandered and an unwillingness to risk defeat means the teams go away with a point apiece.
