The French forward has deleted all mention of his current club Monaco from his Twitter profile. Something which some people are seeing as confirmation that he is set to leave the club this summer.
The player, who is in discussions with Real Madrid over a potential move according to the 'Daily Mail', seemingly wanted to disassociate himself from both his curent club and his main sponsor, Nike, which was also removed from his bio.
The forward is also said to be in talks with Adidas over a sponsorship deal. Adidas are of course the brand that makes Real Madrid's kits.
Mbappe has deleted references to Monaco, the French national team and Nike from his bio, with it now reading simply: Official account of Kylian Mbappe.
In Madrid, the move has been seen as a sign that their efforts to sign the player are making some progress. The 18-year-old is said to be desperate to sign for the Spanish giants this summer and Monaco are said to have accepted that they will not be able to keep him at the club next season. Their only aim now is to squeeze as much money from Real as possible.
Mbappe is a hot property at the moment after scoring 26 goals and laying on 14 assists in 44 games last season and it seems that Florentino Perez is not willing to wait another year to sign him.
