'Sky Sports' reports that Manchester City are hoping to sign prolific forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang this summer.
The Gabonese international was said to be close to sealing a deal to join PSG for a fee in the region of £60million but the deal ran into problems which has alerted other suitors, including City.
The same source claims that City believe the 28-year-old is one of very few top quality strikers on the market at the moment and that 'the citizens' are considering making a move for the former Saint-Etienne man, who scored 40 in 46 games for Borussia Dortmund last season, including 31 in 32 in the Bundesliga as he claimed the golden boot ahead of Bayern Munich's Robert Lewandowski.
