Zidane reportedly thinking of leaving RM again

We could be about to see Zidane quit Real Madrid again. The Frenchman is exhausted, physically and mentally and is reportedly thinking of quitting as Real Madrid coach, just like in 2018. 

At least, that is what 'Telemadrid' says. Zidane is only thinking about the present and has not talked about his future. That has led to several people talking about the possibility of him walking away. 

It would not be the first time. In 2018, after winning the Champions League for the third time in a row, he surprised everyone by announcing his resignation. 

His second spell as not been as good as the first spell at all. He took over with the team in a mess and with no chance of winning anything. Lopetegui was sacked and then Solari was knocked out of the Champions League. Zidane managed to win La Liga last season. 

As Real are out of the Copa del Rey, Madrid are looking to do the league and Champions League double. The team's consistent form has seen them appear in the fight for both despite it looking bleak for them at times. 

The demands of the job seem to be taking its toll on Zidane though. Even though it is just a rumour, nobody would be surprised if he decided to leave at the end of the season.
