Zinedine Zidane will not be PSG's head coach next season. Many reports had been published about his arrival, and subsequent rejection, but today there has been a development in the next step of the Frenchman's career.
There was a special front cover on 'L'Equipe' this Thursday after an interview with Zidane. Real Madrid's former head coach confessed that the next step for him to take in his career is taking charge of the French national team.
"I'm not done with 'Les Bleus'" Zidane said, clearly alluding to becoming the future manager of France once Didier Deschamps leaves his post there.
The hero of the 1998 World Cup has no doubt that he will write new chapters in his story as a 'Bleu'. He will do this once the 2022 Qatar World Cup finishes in December.
Zidane has rejected every project that have been proposed to him, particularly that of PSG who will appoint Christophe Galtier.
Everything seems to suggest that Zinedine Zidane will become the manager of the French national team. It's only a matter of time until we see him back with 'Les Bleus'.
