West Ham set for double fitness boost

The 'Hammers' go into the game against the Premier League's pace-setters having won just one of their last five Premier League games, but the return to fitness of two key players looks set to boost them.
Carroll has yet to feature at all so far this season having undergone ankle surgery in the summer, but is on the comeback trail and looks set for a place on the bench after playing 45 minutes in a behind-closed-doors friendly against Brentford last week.
Meanwhile, summer signing Jack Wilshere should also be fit to feature against City after returning to fitness following minor ankle surgery of his own in September.
It had initially been thought that the former Arsenal man would only be out for six weeks, but inflammation around the joint kept him sidelined beyond that initial estimate.
