Exactly seven years ago to the day, Chelsea faced Man City in a Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge.
The home team took the lead after 33 minutes through Andre Schurrle after Fernando Torres set him up. They were deservedly in front, but the visitors levelled four minutes into the second half courtesy of a superb goal by Sergio Aguero. The game looked to be ending all square until a lack of communication between Nastasic and Hart which saw the defender head past his own keeper, who had came out, and Torres got a tap in to win it for the Blues in the 90th minute. Chelsea moved up to 2nd on 20 points while Man City dropped to 7th on 16 points.
