VIDEO: Classy chip from Ben Yedder as Monaco beat Lyon

Monaco hosted Lyon on Saturday for matchday 23 of the Ligue 1 season. 

The home side only needed the first half to put the game to bed, as Monaco scored twice early on. Jean Lucas opened the scoring after just 2 minutes. Following this the Monaco faithful were treated to a delightfully chipped finish produced by their front man Ben Yedder, to make it 2-0 in the 27th minute. The result places Monaco at 6th in the table on 36 points, and Lyon in 8th with 34 points. Both sides will be looking up the table in a battle to clinch a place in Europe next season.
