Tottenham v Liverpool - Preview and possible lineups

TEAM NEWS:

Tottenham: Dele Alli and Hugo Lloris will miss the weekend's game with respective hamstring and thigh injuries. While Moussa Sissoko remains out with a hamstring issue and Juan Foyth has a thigh problem. Heung Min Son could however feature after returning from the Asian Games 

Liverpool: Adam Lallana is unlikely to be available after the groin strain he picked up in England training. However Simon Mignolet should take a place on the bench after his hand injury.  

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino: 

“We are always confident we can beat any team. But, of course, the game on Saturday will be completely different to [last season]. It’s a different season,” 

“It is going to demand a lot of energy from us – and to have a very good performance if we want to be close to winning.”

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp:
