Manchester United have finally ended one of the worst campaigns in their history, so the summer promises to be a busy one in the Old Trafford offices.
The Red Devils are set to make big changes to the squad, which means there will also be departures, namely of players whose contracts expire in June 2025 such as Eriksen, Evans and Lindelof.
However, Tom Heaton seems to be an exception in this case. The coaching staff is very happy with his work within the squad and his support for the youngsters and has expressly asked the board to offer him a new contract.
Although the 39-year-old Englishman has not played a single game for the first team this season, it is expected that he will come to an agreement with the board to continue as Manchester United's third goalkeeper next season.
