The 11 best players in the Bundesliga who don't play for Bayern

Bayern have proclaimed themselves Bundesliga champions nine out of the last 15 seasons, the last three years successively. They haven't had any problems signing big stars from rival clubs, but there are still some not at the Bavarian club... for now.

Leno (Bayer Leverkusen)

The 24-year-old goalkeeper, is valued at around 16 million euros. He has two years remaining on his contract with Leverkusen. He has played 43 games this season, letting in 53 goals and has had 15 clean sheets.

Ricardo Rodriguez (Wolfsburg)

The 23-.year-old left back, has three years left on his contract with Wolfsburg, although he has been linked with Real Madrid.

Mats Hummels (Borussia Dortmund)

The case of the 27 year old is more special. He came up through the Bayern academy, but he left in 2008 for Dortmund. He is one of Dortmund's key players, as well as a guaranteed starter for Germany. He is valued at 32 million euros and he is a centre-back, the only position in which the Bavarian side are weak.

Sokratis (Borussia Dortmund)

The 27-year-old central-defender, stands out for his versatility, as he can also be a full-back. He has vast experience in Europe and would be a great addition for Bayern.

Piszczek (Borussia Dortmund)

The 30-year-old skilled winger has done well the last few seasons and is valued at seven million. He is the typical player who plays in the shadows of the stars.

Xhaka (Borussia Monchengladbach)

The central-midfielder, aged 23, is valued at 25 million euros, a mastermind who has been linked with Atletico, amongst others. He was an U-17 champion with Switzerland.

Gundogan (Borussia Dortmund)

The central midfielder has been halted by injuries and everyone has forgotten about the 25-year-old, but he has returned. He only has one year remaining on his contract and he is 'only' worth 30 million, which makes him an appealing target for the big Premier League clubs.

Draxler (Wolfsburg)

The central-midfielder, valued at 22 million, ended up at Wolfsburg for a small fee considering his potential. He is only 22, but he decides games, assisting, scoring and he has shown great qualitites.

Mkhitaryan (Borussia Dortmund)

The right-winger is, probably, the most destablising player at Dortmund at the moment. He is valued at 28 million, but next summer will become a free agent. He is having one of his best seasons and has 20 goals and 23 assists in 43 games.

Reus (Borussia Dortmund)

He continues being one of the most stand-out players in the Bundesliga, but aged 26, he is not longer a promise. His future projection was hindered when he missed the Brazil World Cup through injury. However, he is still one of the best, with 19 goals in 43 games.

Aubameyang (Borussia Dortmund)

The 26-year-old striker, has been amazing for Bayern: with 35 goals, 11 assists and an average of a goal every 96 minutes in his last 40 games. He has multiplied his value and has been linked with Real Madrid and Manchester United.
