Ronaldo v Salah

- Appearances -
Salah: 49 - The Liverpool forward has only missed two games this season, and has started in 32 of 36 league games, and all but one Champions League game.
Ronaldo: 41 - Cristiano started the season with five game ban, which he received for pushing a referee in the Supercopa tie against Barcelona. Furthermore, due to his advancing age (33), manager Zinedine ZIdane has been strategically resting him to keep him in good shape. That being said, he has started every one of Real's UCL games.
- Goals -
Salah: 43 - The Egyptian has scored 31 in league, putting him top of the Premier League's Golden Boot competition. He has also bagged 11 in the Champions League, putting behind only one player. Can you guess who?
Ronaldo: 42 - The Real forward trails Salah by just one, despite playing eight fewer games. He trails Leo Messi in the La Liga Golden Boot rankings (24), however he is the top scorer in the UCL, on an impressive 15 in CL. Unlike Salah, who bagged a brace against Roma, Ronaldo didn't score in the semis.
- Assists -
Salah: 13 - The winger is a creator as well as a goalscorer, and has made 13 goals, including nine in the league.
Ronaldo: 7 - The Portuguese international has become more of a striker this season, and has contributed 6 fewer assists than Salah.
- Braces, Hat-tricks, Quadruples -
Salah: 7 braces, 1 quadruple - The goals have come in batches for Salah this season, and he recently scored twice in one game against former team Roma. His one four goal haul came against Watford.
Ronaldo: 11 braces, 1 hat-trick, 1 quadruple - Ronaldo's hauls are even more, impressive though. He has scored more than once in a game on 13 occasions, including a quadruple against Girona, and braces against Dortmund, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain.
- Streaks -
Salah: 7 games - The Liverpool man has scored in seven consecutive games on two occasions, and has gone no more than three games without scoring.
Ronaldo: 12 games - Cristiano accumulated this impressive streak between February and April. Just like Salah, the longest he has gone without finding the net is three games.
