Roma look to head to Bernabeu on back of win

Daniele De Rossi could be rested for the encounter as coach Eusebio Di Francesco has one eye on the huge tie they face during the week.

"Tomorrow (Sunday 16th) Dzeko will play" the Italian coach confirmed in a press conference, adding that Konstantinos Manolas and Cengiz Ünder will also take part, despite them playing both of their international team's fixtures last week.

"The boys are in consideration, they're very motivated and are ready to play. The three of them could start. But it might be woth giving them a bit of a rest before the Real Madrid game." He said.

While the Real Madrid game is vitally important, Di Francesco actually thinks that the Chievo game is the one where his side need to be most careful.

"Chievo is a team used to competiting in Seria A ans will look to get something from the game, but we can only focus on ourselves winning. This is the one game out of the next three coming up where we need to be most careful."
