Robinho's fourth return to Santos is closer!

The Brazilian press are going into overdrive as Robinho moves closer than ever to a Santos return. He was close to moving there in March but chose Istanbul Basaksehir instead, the club he left in July.
At 36, everything points to a return home to the Liga Brasileña with Santos. Robinho's agent, Marisa Alija, has made contact with the club and says the deal could be sealed in the coming days.
The only thing standing in the way of Robinho's Santos return is the punishment that FIFA have put on Santos, due to debt owed to Hamburg for Cleber Reis.
However, since Santos believe that these problems could be cleared up in the coming days, they may be able to sign their galactico in the final hours before the transfer window closes, Robinho's return would be big news for both the club and the Brazilian league as a whole.
Robinho himself is hoping for the deal to be completed so that he can focus on the sporting side of things. He already lives in the city and the fans would be delighted if they could see him in Santos colors again. He scored 109 goals in 246 games for them in the past, as well as securing two league titles in 2002 and 2004.
