Real Madrid have been struggling this season, and so has Vinicius Junior.
He's spent most of the weeks playing for Castilla, Real Madrid's B-team, although he has revealed that it was partly his decision.
With his logic, he would rather play in the low league for the club's B-team than not plat football at all - a refreshing attitude.
"I did pre-season with the first team aware that I could end up playing with the B-team,' he told 'Marca'.
"I asked to play there if I wasn't going to be considered because it's better than staying at home.
"This was to allow myself to adapt to the style of play and to adapt to the setting, getting used to everything that a player need", he added.
