RB Leipzig star substituted for bizarre reason

The 21-year-old German, who has enjoyed a fine start to the season scoring six goals in nine games in all competitions, had to be taken off during Tuesday night's Champions League match in Turkey due to dizziness caused by the noise of the home fans.
The Besiktas faithful were so raucous that the German international attempted to play wearing ear plugs in the first half and could be seen covering his ears with the hands at various points during the game.
Werner asked to be susbstituted after just 32 minutes of the game and admitted to 'CapaMag Spor' after the game that the atmosphere was to blame, saying: 'I have never seen such an atmopshere in my life. I could not focus on the match.
'I asked for some ear plugs and it did not help either. I still do not feel well.'
Leipzig went down 2-0 to goals from Ryan Babel (yes, that one) and Anderson Talisca, with the German side's coach Ralph Hasenhuttl admitting after the game that the noise had affected his team.
'It is impossible to prepare your team for an atmosphere like this. There was a deafening noise and at the start of the game we were a bit affected,' he explained.
