Ramsey 'signs pre-contract deal' with Juventus

After months of speculation surrounding the next destination for Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey, it is being reported that the midfielder has decided to join the star-studded roster of Italian champions Juventus. The Welshman is out of contract at the end of the season, and as such, is availbale to sign a pre-contract agreement with any given non-english club during the current transfer window.
Reports in Italy suggest that Juventus have won the race for the 29 year old's signature. Outlet 'Sports Mediaset' claim that Ramsey has been offered a five year deal by the Turin based club, with wages worth around £5.9m-a-year. They also claim that German Sami Khedira could potentially move to North London as part of a swap deal between the clubs.
Juventus Chief Fabio Paratici had high praise for Ramsey last week, telling 'Sky Italia' that he is an 'excellent player', who has been 'performing at a top level' for years. Parici also added: "His contract is expiring and we are always attentive to the potential developments. So he falls in that category. Will he join us in the summer? That remains to be seen. At the moment he's an Arsenal player, certainly we aren't the only ones following him."
Among the clubs said to have missed out on the player are Bayern Munich, Real Madrid , Paris Saint Germain and Inter Milan.
