Promes 'caught' confessing to stabbing of his cousin

Quincy Promes faces a spell in jail. The now Spartak Moscow player, who played for Sevilla, allegedly stabbed his cousin.
The player has always denied the facts, but 'NOS' revealed that the police have some phone calls, from the same date on which the events allegedly took place, in which he confesses to what he did.
Promes allegedly waited until the end of the party to stab his relative. "I see in the wiretaps, but also in the witness statements, reasons to believe that there was premeditation," a lawyer told the source.
The case was scheduled to resume on 31st March, but with the discovery of the tapes implicating Promes himself, the hearing could be further delayed.
The Spartak Moscow player faces sentences for the stabbing and for being part of an organised crime network. "How and what role he played, we don't know yet," the lawyer confessed.
