Juve extended their unbeaten Serie A run to 22 matches with a 2-1 victory at San Siro on Saturday, thanks to a solid performance from Gianluigi Buffon.
The 38-year-old had an impressive game, making spectacular double saves in each half, denying AC Milan from getting something out of the game, despite their best efforts.
The shot-stopper received much praise after the game from both his team-mates and his coach.
"Buffon's saves were sensational," Juventus' manager Allegri told reporters after the match.
"Credit to Milan for the way they played. They were unlucky to find a great Buffon blocking their path."
French international Paul Pogba, who got the second half winner, hailed Buffon as the best goalkeeper around.
"Gigi is simply number one. He's the best in the business." he told reporters.
Napoli have since won their game against Hellas Verona, however Juventus still lead the league with a six point advantage, with six games left to play.
