The South Korean midfielder is currently studying a post-graduate degree at the Leicester-based university and was pictured playing for the university's Sports Management Team.
Park enjoyed a successful seven years playing for Manchester United, where he won numerous trophies including four Premier League titles, one Champions League, three League Cups and four Community Shields.
The former Red Devil also played 100 times for his country, captaining South Korea to fourth place at the 2002 World Cup.
