Odegaard solves Madrid's numbers problem

Martin Odegaard is close to becoming Real Madrid history. The Norwegian footballer will pack his bags for London to officially become an Arsenal player.
All of which solves a numbers problem for Real Madrid. Not only in terms of cash, where he will receive at least 30 million euros, but also in terms of numbers.
Before the departure of Odegaard, not yet official, Real Madrid had 26 players in the first squad for 25 players and, therefore, for 25 numbers, which meant that it was necessary to leave one without registering one.
Now, with the Norwegian's departure to Arsenal, Real Madrid will have a problem solved. Odegaard joins the departures of Sergio Ramos, Brahim, Kubo and Varane.
The only two players who have yet to confirm their numbers are Dani Ceballos and Jesús Vallejo. The centre-back, according to 'AS', would take Varane's '5', while the midfielder would take the '25' left by Rodrygo, who switched to '21'.
