"Neymar wanted to return to Barça"

Kaka was, until Luka Modric's 2018, the last Ballon d'Or player not named Cristiano Ronaldo or Leo Messi. The Brazilian knows well what it is to succeed, but also to see how injuries affected him on his way to becoming a legend, especially at Real Madrid.
The former Milan and Real Madrid player spoke to 'beIN Sports' ahead of the Chelsea-Milan Champions League clash on a number of current affairs, including Neymar's move to PSG.
"We are close friends. I spoke a lot with Neymar and of course he had a bad time at PSG the year he wanted to return to Barcelona. He had problems with the fans," said Kaka.
The former Barça player decided to stay at the Parc des Princes. "He is happy now. He believes it's a long-term project. So year after year, the team is getting stronger, they have more team spirit to win something really important like the Champions League. He is happy in Paris and at PSG," he said of his compatriot.
Kaka also spoke about one of the men of the moment, Erling Haaland: "It's incredible what he's doing, it's like he's playing against children. Yes, I think he can break all the records.
