Neymar's ugly gestures go viral

Paris Saint-Germain appeared to be cruising into the final of the Coupe de la Ligue after goals from Thomas Meunier, Marquinhos and Giovani Lo Celso gave the Parisian club a 3-0 lead after 60 minutes.
However, Kylian Mbappe was sent off by VAR in the 63rd minute and Rennes subsequently fought back with two goals in the last seven minutes to make it a nervy finish for Unai Emery's side, who just about managed to scrape through winning 3-2.
It was rare to see Neymar not on the scoresheet for PSG but the Brazilian still managed to grab all the attention after two actions generated controversy online, which may have been his intention anyway.
The first was an unorthodox piece of skill: the forward used his back to control the ball and then scooped it over an oppositon player before getting knocked down. It was very 'Neymar-esque'.

However, his second action later in the game did not sit well with Rennes after the 25-year-old held out his hand to help one of their players up, but then pulled it away and walked off when his opposition was close to accepting his offer. It caused a bit of stand-off between the two sides as Neymar had to be separated by his team-mates.
