Messi: "I came across several coaches that copy Guardiola"

The current PSG star Leo Messi gave an interview to Jorge Valdano in the TV programme 'Universo Valdano' on 'Vamos'. "He did football a lot of damage. It seemed that everyone wanted to copy him," he said.

A new TV programme of 'Universo Valdano' will be broadcasted on Monday and Leo Messi will be the main character. He discussed several current topics with his compatriot Jorge Valdano.

In the preview published by 'Movistar' on social media the PSG player made several interesting comments: "He did football a lot of damage. It seemed that everyone wanted to copy him", he confessed when talking about Man City's coach.

"Afterwards, I came across Guardiola a lot.... And you realise what we did," added the Argentinian international.

"Was Guardiola the best coach I've ever had? Absolutely. Pep has something special to prepare, to see and to communicate with the players," he said.
