'MD': Neymar wants to return to Barca

Following PSG's exit from the Champions League, Neymar Jr. has informed Barcelona that he wishes to make a return to his former team. In fact, the Brazilian made clear his desire to move back to Camp Nou just before Paris Saint-Germain's defeat to Real Madrid on Tuesday.
According to reports in the Spanish newspaper, Neymar has struggled to settle in the French capital since joining the Parisian team last summer for a record fee of £198million.
The forward is, therefore, looking to relocate back to Spain in summer 2019 amid rumours that he misses his former teammates and wasn't prepared for the disparity in quality between Ligue 1 and La Liga.
Neymar has allegedly even admitted that a contributing factor in his initial move to PSG was his attempt to step out of Lionel Messi's shadow, but now has realised that Barcelona would maybe provide a better platform for his career to develop.
The 26-year-old is currently recuperating from a foot operation in his native Brazil having been out of action with injury since February 25th. The world's most expensive player will be assessed in six weeks time by PSG to see if he can return to training.
Despite this, speculation will continue to run rampant about his future, with even Barcelona's rivals Real Madrid interested in securing Neymar's services next year.
