Mbappe turned the game on its head with a superb double

While France had taken the lead in the game through a Griezmann penalty, Argentina had taken the lead with a wonderful strike from distance by Angel Di Maria and Gabriel Mercado's deflection from a Messi shot.
Benjamin Pavard brought the French back in to the game with an equisitie half-volley, leaving the match finely poised at 2-2.
However, Mbappe left his mark on the proceedings with two accomplished finishes in the space of 4 minutes.
The first of which was following a cross in to the box from Lucas Hernandez, and the ball came out to Blaise Matuidi whose deflected shot fell to the PSG player.
Mbappe took a touch to move the ball on to his left foot and powefully drove the ball under the Argentine 'keeper.
The second goal was a mixture of poor defending and ruthless passing, with the move starting with Lloris in the French goal. The ball moved up the pitch to Olivier Giroud, who timed his through ball perfectly to Mbappe who was waiting in the right edge of the Argentine box.
The forward hit the ball first time, with his shot going low in the the corner to the keeper's right, giving France a 4-2 lead and to give the 19 year-old his second of the game.
