"Maybe we should send CR7 to Portugal three days a week"

Cristiano Ronaldo shone aganst Tottenham. He scored three goals in the 3-2 victory for Man Utd. 

After the game, Ralf Rangnick highlighted the number '7's great play. "Cristiano Ronaldo made the difference," he said. His hat-trick put Rangnick in such a good mood that he even joked about Ronaldo's trip to Portugal before the defeat to Man City, something he had not mentioned up to then. 

"I might have to send him to Portugal for three days, for him not to train the other two and then come for the weekend if he's going to play like that... Maybe I should do it for the rest of the season," he said jokingly. 

Rangnick said that he had never seen the Portuguese play so well. "It's his best match, at least since I arrived," he concluded. 

There are those who say that Rangnick's relationship with Cristiano is not the best. Things might calm down after this Ronaldo exhibition. Time will tell.
