It was reported that Marquinhos was annoyed by Sergio Ramos' arrival at PSG, but he has denied that was the case. He made it clear that he respects his new teammate and he was convinced that he would bring a lot to the Parisian defence.
In comments made to 'AS', he explained his stance: "Even though he's won everything and he's having an exceptional career, you can see that Sergio Ramos still has hunger," he said.
"He has that character that makes us champions, he shows that he wants to be part of the search for objectives which we have set out. Unfortunately, he's still not on the field of play with us. That is where affinities are created and where we gain experiences together. But it will arrive," Marquinhos added.
According to 'Le Parisien', Marquinhos was one of those who was most unhappy with Ramos' arrival at PSG. It does not seem like that is the case at all though.
